What is Probate Inheritance Funding?

It allows a probate beneficiary to obtain an immediate advance from a probate estate.

What Amount of Funding is Available?

It depends on the size of the net estate to be distributed, the number of beneficiaries, and other factors. Funding can be as high as 30% and as low as 10%.

Is there a Minimum Funding Amount?

This depends on state law. As a general rule, we typically fund as low as $5,000 and as high as $50,000.
